Schedule
Day 01
Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
• Guest arrival – check into your luxury accommodation from 2pm onwards
• Welcome dinner and drinks – we will be hosting a BBQ dinner around 6pm
• Final touches – I will need help from my artistic and talented guests to put the final touches on the reception hall for the Wedding reception
Day 02
Wedding Day
• Ceremony begins at 2:30pm, you will need to be seated in the Rock Cathedral by 2:15pm at the latest.
• Reception at 5:30pm with dancing til midnight
• Afterparty at the Firepit
• Otherwise you are free to enjoy yourself exploring the Kangaroo Valley Village (lots of great little cottage shops and yummy places for lunch) or explore Fitzroy Falls only 20mins down the road during the day.
Day 03
Village Exploration & Checkout
• Check out time is 2pm, so you have plenty of time
• Go explore the village if you missed out yesterday – there is also a Sunday morning Farmers market in town.
• We will be cooking up a bacon and egg recovery brunch around 11am for those you still around.
